SYNCHRONISED BEAM CONTROL

In our system, the Y1 and Y2 axes operate as independent hydraulic cylinders. Both axes share the same oil supply via individual proportional valving and central pressure block. True position(s) of the rams are entirely and separately controlled by computer command. The CNC reads the ram positions from twin independent linear encoders while monitoring and adjusting the proportional valves. This allows the ability to fold deeper on one (either Y1 or Y2) side if required for drip trays for example.
Mounting the linear encoders on a C-frame connected to the bed, rather than directly on the side frames, so deflection of the side frames and pressure loads do not affect positioning.
The synchro system is such that it easily allows tandem operation to obtain working lengths to customers requirements. In this configuration, machines can work independently as two separate machines with different applications or in tandem mode as one machine with double capacity and double bending length.

The Cybelec multi-axis control, designed for making pressbrake productions easier, faster and more reliable. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, the programming of a press brake is no longer complicated. With an extensive memory for programs, material and tool library, Cybelec offer a range of controls to suit application and budget.
With the CYBTOUCH 8-12-15 series controller and the VISITOUCH controls offer easy and intuitive drawing methods, a 2D part is drawn in just seconds. Graphical support ensures that no more mistakes are made during the concept of the work-piece. Each are then capable of generating a bending sequence of the drawn part. This happens automatically, while still leaving the possibility to intervene manually.

BACK-GAUGE
One (1) axes to six (6) axes available.
A high-speed heavy duty back-gauge system, servo driven, on high-precision ball-screws. Manual probe adjustment or servo motor positioning. Machine is standard with 2 stops, but can be upgraded to 4 fingers, or more, depending on the length of machine. Other axes such as manual R or motorised R with Z probes Z1 & Z2 configurations readily available.
